TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Eternau Wellness Co. By booking a massage, reiki, or sound healing session with us, or doing business otherwise, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled session. We can accommodate late arrivals up to 5 minutes; after that, a charge of $2 per minute will be applied, no exceptions, even if you call ahead.
2. Payment

We accept cash, card, Venmo, and CashApp. Cash is preferred. Please check the appointment booking site for payment details specific to your session. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations will incur a charge of up to 50% of the full cost of the appointment.
4. Health and Safety

Clients are required to complete a health form before their first session. Please be open and honest about any health conditions, injuries, or allergies to ensure the service can be performed safely.
5. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information that clients choose to share. Your personal information will be used solely for internal affairs related to your session, and it will never be shared with third parties.
6. Code of Conduct

Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, sexual advances, inappropriate comments, or disrespectful language, will not be tolerated. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and the client may be banned from future bookings.
7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the need to reschedule is caused by an error on our part.
8. Disclaimer

Our services (massage, reiki, sound healing, etc.) are not a replacement for medical care. We encourage clients to consult a healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
